Web-based budgeting package. This sytem allowed for the preparation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of company, department, individual budgets for fiscal periods. The system employed both web-based detail and management reports as well as web-based Crystal Reports.

RelationsPlus is a comprehensive IS support application. The key modules of the application include: Contact Management, Issue Tracking, Project Tracking, and Asset Management.

The system included real-time email and paging interfaces to provide continuous client and personnel status updates on the fully customizable service flows.

The TIPS application was an extensive sales lead and project management system. The system provided a centralized system to track project quotations from the sales lead through all configurable phases. The system provide analysis reports to help deliver ongoing information to help with future project / job estimates.

Working Order was a full functioning shop floor control system developed to support quotation to shipping workflow for a complex tubing manufacturing process. The system help manage and track the serialized multi-process real-time manufacturing process. The system provided detailed projected to actual manufacturing cost analysis and other key functions.

This marketing tool was developed to provide quick cost analysis for recirculating hot water systems. The application allowed analysis of conventional recirculating hot water systems for large retail buildings such as hotels, offices, etc. This application was awarded new application of the year in a well known engineering publication.

This application, "Pabst Order Processing System" P.O.P.S. was developed for Pabst Brewing Company, it's affiliates, and national distributors. Developed an online sales order processing system to allow remote affiliates and distributers to place and retreive orders.

We can provide simple enhancements to the Win/DSS 4.x product that can greatly reduce the overall EOD processing. Our enhancement reduced overall processing time of a major chain from 8 hours to 45 minutes for processing full downloads from the host system.

Developed enhanced "real-time" coupon processing system for the JDA Win/DSS Point-of-Sale system. The coupon system was designed to work with the advanced pricing features of the Win/DSS product.

Developed enhanced BOGO pricing methods for the Point-of-Sale System. The new pricing methods supported buy x and get y at either $, %, or new price. Additionally, our enhanced pricing method was developed to support the business rule that ensured that the discount was applied to the set item that was of equal or lesser value.

We developed a comprehensive tool to provide several key functions in supporting the Win/DSS product. The store manager application included three major components: A client application that runs on the store servers, a server application that handles messaging from the client applications, and the end-user management console interface.

Some features of the system are:

• Using ODBC interfaces, the Store manager allowed for real-time web reporting / comparisons of store configurations via ASP web pages.
• Client provided key statistics of store status for Chain reporting ASP page. Support staff can easily see store connection status, last End-of-day status, last Start-of-day status, TSP status.
• File release versions are stored in a database so that version checking could easily be performed on remote systems in a retailer’s chain.
• Price check groups can be setup so that proactive remote price checks can be systemically performed.

Designed an online "real-time" return processing system that interfaced to a back-end server application to ensure that receipted returns would only allow the return of items one time. The system ensured that items could be returned at the actual purchase price chain wide.
